Sales scripts & objections

Client approach

"

Hi there! I am [your name] from ASAS Excellence. I heard you are looking to study abroad - we are helping many students reach that dream safely and systematically. Mind if I take two minutes to hear what you need?

Tip: Lead with questions, not statements. Listen more than you talk.
"

Which major are you aiming for? Any destination in mind? What is your current academic level? Do you prefer on-campus or online?

Tip: Document the answers immediately - they become the foundation of your proposal.
"

Based on what you shared, I have a perfect match. We can secure a spot at [University/Country] in [Discipline] with partial/full scholarship options depending on your file, and I will accompany you every step.

Tip: Personalize the plan. Don't give generic pitches - show that you understand their case.
"

ASAS Excellence has supported hundreds of students over the years. With offices in Dubai and London and dedicated country teams, we not only get you there but ensure you settle and begin your study properly.

Tip: Real success stories are persuasive - mention similar cases when appropriate.
"

Let's get started. First step is preparing your file - just need [documents]. Shall we lock in a time this week to begin?

Tip: Close with a direct question and a specific next step - avoid "think about it."
"

Hi [Name], it's [Name] from ASAS. We spoke a couple of days ago about studying abroad. I mentioned option [X], but I didn't hear back. How did it go? Any questions?

Tip: Following up 24–48 hours later is essential. 80% of deals close after follow-up.

Handling objections

"The price is too high"

Agree first: "It makes sense to consider cost." Then flip: "Compare our fee to the cost of errors when you go solo - rejections, visa denials, wasted time." Finish with a flexible payment plan.

"I need to think about it"

"Absolutely, take your time. What exactly do you need to reflect on? That way I can help you reach the right decision faster."

"My family is not on board"

"It is normal for families to be concerned. Can I speak with them directly? I have presentations for parents that cover cost, safety, and how we follow up."

"I can do this myself"

"You could, but it requires time and experience. We have worked with hundreds of students - we know who gets rejected and why. Saving your time is an investment itself."

"I don't trust companies"

"Totally fair. Ask me any detail, review past student testimonials, and even chat with a current student to hear about their experience."

Yes, partial (20%–70%) and full (100%) scholarships are available depending on the academic file and university. We cannot guarantee a scholarship, but we strengthen profiles to improve the chances.
Yes, we offer internationally accredited online programs from UK, US, and European universities. The credentials are recognized across the Arab world. Duration mirrors on-campus yet offers more flexibility.
On average 3–6 months, depending on the country and university. Georgia and Cyprus are quicker (2–3 months). UK and USA need 4–6 months due to visa requirements. Start early before the term begins.
We analyze the rejection reasons and resubmit with a stronger file. Many cases get approved on the second attempt. If the rejection is out of our control, we propose alternative destinations.
Our core service ends once the student settles in the study country. Still, we maintain partnerships and can offer optional consultations for those seeking jobs after graduation.
Essential documents: valid passport, most recent diploma + transcripts, photos, CV. Additional materials vary by country/university (e.g., IELTS for UK, target GPA for specific schools).
